Zenomat ebd5a4050e change outdir for build in solution and dotfuscator config According to the docs and the dotfuscator config, the outdir should be under `winPEASexe/binaries` and not `winPEASexe/winPEAS/bin` This makes it so, that no user changes are neccesarry for dotfuscator usage.
